We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive safely, quickly and in great condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail; and a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information you will be offered the chance to receive a refund, credit towards another purchase or a replacement for the original product.
